Because all items are handmade and often created with natural materials, slight variations and minor imperfections are normal and not considered defects. This shop reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet the conditions stated in the policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout and for contacting the shop within the required timeframe with proper documentation if an issue occurs. This shop is not liable for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions. All decisions regarding refunds, replacements, or store credit are made at the shop’s discretion.
Refund Policy
All items in this shop are handmade and may include natural variations in color, shape, and appearance. These characteristics are not considered defects. Because of the custom and handmade nature of my products, all sales are generally final.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so I can review the issue. Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or store credit at my discretion. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. I am not able to refund or replace orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.
