If an item arrives damaged, you must contact me within the stated timeframe with photos so I can assist you.

Shipping Policy 

All items in this shop are handmade and often created with natural materials, so processing times may vary slightly. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged before shipping.

Orders are shipped through USPS using First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the size and weight of your item. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.
Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, though delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can help resolve the issue. I am not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier, but I will always do my best to assist you.
Local customers may request free local pickup, which will be arranged after purchase.
